Re: Ashwagandha root!!!

Took me over a year and a half. I'm about 80% percent better now, thanks to lots of PT, and treating my body as best as I can. Including limiting synthetic drugs preferred over herbals to help my body heal, other then loading it up with stuff that covers the symptoms (barely) while being hard for my...

Re: Ashwagandha root!!!

With herbs it's almost a divine thing. You must not expect anything, but believe deep within it's helping you, because it is. It takes time to notice but is worth it, we can't cure this disorder, but we can heal. I even gather my herbs from the wild to to have a deeper connection. I'm also using Mot...

Re: My story, heartbreak life over at 21.

Main problem now actually is constipation, never was a problem at the beginning. I read IBS symptoms are very common with CPPS so I'm not surprised.

Re: My story, heartbreak life over at 21.

Thank you Webslave. You were right, marrying her would of been of terrible mistake. Ended up talking to my old friend and my ex last night. Turns out she cheated on my old friend too! Amazing. Still doing good, had a minor flare up that lasted a few days, nothing big it always goes. Shorter and shor...

Re: My story, heartbreak life over at 21.

Thank you Carb, and yeah I'm really digging the revenge plan haha. Even unblocked all the devils on facebook, mentally I'm over the relationship drama, though I still have feelings, unblocking them actually helped me move on, now they're just strangers in my mind, it's like I dropped my fear and gru...

Flomax side effects

Turns out I can urinate better without taking Flomax. I don't even know how it's possible for a chemical that relaxes the bladder neck to make it more difficult to go? Been over a week now without any Flomax and the urinary symptoms are better than ever, my pain is gradually lessening too. 70% heale...

Re: 17 Months In...

Majorsky, you're right about the deeper issues I know they're there, that's why I brought up enlightenment or a psychedelic breakthrough because deep down I know I'll have fight them head on. All of us know this even if it is more of an intuitive feeling. Like you said "if it were that easy everyone...

Re: 17 Months In...

Thank you Majorsky! and Carb, tramdol helped me a lot, the only problem was restricted urine flow which isn't as bad with Kratom but is still there. Honestly you will have to try Kratom yourself to me it's pretty much identical to tramadol, even the high feeling is the same.

Re: 17 Months In...

But how do we beat it? Daily deep meditation? I do everything I can to distract my mind and forget about it but it doesn't seem to budge. I'm not free of stress by all means, but I do have way less. I just get the feeling what this takes is something drastic to change it, maybe like "enlightenment" ...
