Thank you. My Dr just gave me a prescription and said to touch back base if my symptoms have not cleared in two weeks. The more I read about prostatitis the more I realize how complex it can be - but how you can control it for the most part. Forums like this really are helpful to see what others are...

Thanks so much for the reply webslave. That's good news.

Being new to the forum- how long do I need to wait before I can expect the inflammation to subside? Assuming no symptoms, do I just gradually start to try these food items a few weeks from now?
