What do you mean by "diagnoses"? Do you mean what other medical examinations I have had, or do you mean what else was diagnosed by doctor? Sorry my english is not perfect :)

I got the book but I haven't started therapy yet, it is not so easy :) My concern is that the perineum discomfort went away slightly but my sensation issues stayed, this is really much worrying me. I have an MR neurography appointment and I hope this will help me. I am also not really that sure that...

Can the loss of sensation in penis and genital area be connected to some sort of a blood circulation problem? I think not, but please correct me if I am wrong. What are muscle spasms?

I keep reading about muscle spasms at various websites related to prostate problems, however I am not sure what that is? Is this the ticking feeling I get in my perineal area like something is contracting and expanding? Please explain
