Re: Libido sensation

The thing is I still get erections easily, they're just not as full or sensitive/pleasurable.

Are these neurotransmitters being released from the nerves in the penis what makes the penis feel pleasurable?

Re: Libido sensation

Okay cool. Yeah I don't know anything about PN, it was just mentioned above me. I can see that about the nerves. I forgot that it causes constant nerve irritation. If my penis has turtling/hard flaccid symptoms then it is probable that the tight muscles are causing a kink and not allowing blood to f...

Re: Brain Fog, Concentration

Oh sweet that could be great. Does it work out trigger points or just sorta massage it?

Also what's your opinion of neck trigger points in relation to cognitive issues?

Re: Libido sensation

Some effect on libido, erection and orgasm is common in CPPS. But not wholesale loss of sensation, lack of erections, and orgasms that are only felt in the prostate. Hey I wanted to ask... I've had a lot of numbness in the penis but it's gotten better after 6 months of the Wise Protocol. To the poi...

How in the world can you say CPPS is not related to penile sensitivity? Ever since this happened my sensitivity has gone to s**t and it supposedly effects our blood flow to that area

Re: Brain Fog, Concentration

This may be unrelated but I have tons of scalene and sternocleidomastoid trigger points. Basically my whole neck. I researched and neck trigger points, specifically the SMC, cause all these cognitive issues. Have you ever check your neck out or looked into this webslave? I just looked into this a fe...

Hmm so most of yours are referred internally? Have you been able to find trigger points in your ischiocavernosus or bulbospongiosis?

Re: New to the board and would greatly appreciate your take!

Thanks, MajorSky1! I don't drink caffeine regularly but like a couple times a month I do and realize it makes a big difference. I believe trigger points in my neck are causing some of the cognitive issues. I just researched and found they do in a lot of people so I'm starting therapy on my neck as a...

Re: Introducing myself, looking for advice

Did she check your bulbospongiosus or ischiocavernosus? Both of those can refer penile and perineal pain. When you do this do you just press on those externally ? Mine are tight and harder up a lot which causes some of my hard flaccid yet everytime I push on them they don't seem to even be tender. ...

Is there a database for Wise trained PTs?
