Uro-Genital Triangle

I am visiting my PT Niva Herzig who is performing internal and external. I found that most of my symptoms come from the superficial muscles in the anterior pelvis. She explored internally and found tender points in the levators but nothing replicating penis sensations. However, when she worked the b...

How about the lump I was talking about? And I no longer have tip of penis pain. Just some urethral jabs, any places I should look?

Re: Urethra pain/ache - Tip pain

I've purchased the backknobber and entered it internally, i found tender points but no trigger points or referred pain. I wanted to ask when you run your finger down the the perineum at the bottom of the bulbiospongeosis, is there supposed to be a lump? Is that the perineal body or a trigger point.

Re: Urethra pain/ache - Tip pain

Web, tip sensitivity to underwear comes from what? Also nerve irritation on the left and right side of the penis come from which muscle? Lastly my PT found internal triggers but the ones she worked on didn't replicate penile pain. Any ideas to inform her? Thanks

Re: Urethra pain/ache - Tip pain

Webslave, your wisdom is needed. Pelvic pain referral patterns state that the bulb and ichio muscles refer pain to the ventral aspect of the penis. Ventral meaning underside? Does the urethra run through the bulb? It's a superficial muscle so it's inaccessible internally ? thanks

Re: Urethra pain/ache - Tip pain

Thanks I've been dropping the pelvic floor for a while and now its easier and with little resistance. Do you think sitting on a tennis ball will remove knots in the anterior levator? I used a vibration knobber which i would sit on I think it helped greatly but it creates a lot of precum after bowel ...

Update

Its now 8 months since CPPS. 5 months since I realized its CPPS. I'm about 95% right now. Just started seeing a PT. She located many trigger points in lower abs and internally. They cause local pain not referred. The only symptom I'm dealing with now is when I get up after sitting for a while, my pe...

Re: Urethra pain/ache - Tip pain

I've noticed when sitting or laying down, once I move my leg up, like bend my knee and put my feet on the couch or bed , I'll occasionally get a sensation in the head of my penis. On the pain scale its about a 2-10. No big deal, any clue how to treat this?

Re: Urethra pain/ache - Tip pain

Thanks, I think its due to urination seconds before masturbation. Thanks for your support and response. You've been a big help though. I only had mild short symptoms.

Anyone notice as they gotten better a slight painless ache or spasm inside the penis when moving? Also like a sorta hot flash or warm burn feeling in the penis. Not painful, symptoms just awkward.
