My eyes are chronically dry (Dry Eye Syndrome), and my mouth as well, btw - as much as the same time when my CP/CPPS started back then in 2005.

Interesting. It seems for almost 100% sure that in ppl with CP/CPPS the prostatic area has a significant ongoing oxidative stress, the big riddle is what causing it and how (I sense it's a group of disorders leading to the similar clinical symptoms)

CP/CPPS tend to appear at quite young ages (20-35) so I'm not surprised those mentioned factors are not correlated with this.
