Re: Treatments that helped me the most

I'm curious, is the pain in other parts of your body cutaneous, deep, or both? I have experienced all kinds of pain; deep, superficial, intense, aching, stabbing, burning, you name it. For every pain I have always found a trigger point or two that reproduced the pain. The worst trigger points to wo...

Re: Erectile dysfunction and wise anderson protocol

Last time I got erection problems I solved it by doing pressure release on the piriformis TrPs (with a tennisball ag...

Re: Erectile dysfunction and wise anderson protocol

A piriformis muscle with trigger points can squeeze the pudendal nerve so that you get erectile dysfunction.

I have had this problem myself. Releasing the TrP solves my problem.
Morning erections return and function goes back to normal.

Re: L5S1

I had diarrhea for almost three weeks, no immediate urge to go to the toilet just very watery stools. Turned out to be caused by an abdominal trigger point, when I deactivated the TrP the stools became normal again. I had read about this symptom before in the "Trigger Point Therapy Workbook" under R...

According to "Ostergard's Urogynecology and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, 6e" (Chapter9 - Pelvic Floor Tension Myalgia) by Donald R. Ostergard misalignments like leg length discrepancy or problematic posture play a significant role as both an initiating and perpetuating factor for pelvic pain. http://bo...
