Re: Wise Anderson Clinic July 2011

HI Webslave I think it is time to move this post to the success stories section. 2.5 months after the WA clinic, here is where I am: 95% of the time I even don't think about CPPS. In the remaining 5% I have some mild discomfort and I am mainly thankful that the worst ½ year of my life - from the hea...

Re: Wise Anderson Clinic July 2011

Webslave, you are 100% right, this process requires a lot of attention and persistence! And very easy to forget when you are busy. Or when you feel better, to think you can skip ... I am very much encouraged by the fact that last week I had a very stressing crisis at work, I had no time for the rout...

Re: Wise Anderson Clinic July 2011

Webslave This is far from being a failure, on the contrary!. The clinic has made a huge difference for me. I am back to almost normal life. One month ago I was stuck at home, working from bed most of the day, depressed and busy most of the time with catastrophic thinking.... With a drastic reduction...

Warning - Inner Ear side effects of prostate antibiotics

Soon after CPPS started, I started to suffer from two unrelated disrupting symptoms - constant ringing in the ears (tinnitus), and impaired balance while walking (mainly outside the house). At first I thought this is because of the stress, or maybe Alpha Blockers. While investigating the issues this...

Re: Wise Anderson Clinic July 2011

Update - 2 weeks after coming back from the WA clinic Nothing dramatic, overall slowly improving. - Urinating symptoms (flow & irritation) starting to improve, cut Xatral to half a pill. - Back to work at the office, now 3-4 days week (vs 1 day / week before, the rest from home) - still avoiding si...

Re: Saying Hi & my symptoms- One more Question

I also tried to stretch according to the book but I got worse, at the clinic they told me I was doing too strong. Better moderate & long & repetitive than strong. Will mail the booklet. Internal TP - you should not push the prostate directly (12:00), rather push 11:00 and 13:00. But the most importa...

Re: Flare after four years.

Did you try Aplha-Blockers? Xatral or Flomax? They have side effects on some people (like me...) but many take them and they are OK, they did help me a lot with tip of penis irritation/burning. From bad&constant to mild&intermittent. Those symptoms are directly affected by stress - sometimes on a da...

Re: Wise Anderson Clinic July 2011

Update after one week into the protocol I spend 2-4 hours / day on the protocol. - Walk 30 min/day. - Stretches 2-3 times/days. - External TP 1-2 times/day. Abdos, Adductors, Glutes. Pretty much all the suspects list. Some places only once a day since they are sensitive. My wife helps me on the abdo...

Re: Saying Hi & my symptoms- One more Question

Burner 2k I also had this non-dramatic but still annoying symptom of never feeling you have full evacuation after bowel movement, for the last 4 months. I was at the WA clinic last week, and on the third day, after a couple of internal and external treatments (plus stretches and 10 relaxation sessio...

Re: No pain - just constant sensation of needing to urinate

Relief from Uroxatral came after 1-2 days. It took away most of the penis irritation/pain and restored flow to 60-80% of what it was previously. But in periods of stress, this can stop having an effect, it happened 2-3 times during the last 6 months, and I was back to square one for a week or two ea...

Re: Wise Anderson Clinic July 2011

Davioj hi When I got there I could barely sit (I was lucky to have been upgraded to business on my flight over there). After a couple of days, I could sit almost normally, and the flight back (in economy) was OK. This week I still can sit OK, unless if I forget myself and don't stretch from time to ...

Re: Wise Anderson Clinic July 2011

Richard hi Thanks for your comments. Your story really helped me to know what to expect. So happy that you have made such a progress. I have started to do the protocol religiously, I even enjoy relaxation, but my problem is really expectation management. From your experience, when did you start to s...

Re: No pain - just constant sensation of needing to urinate

CMT23 Alpha Blockers can have side those kinds of effects, but they can also help you reduce some of the symptoms (especially tip of penis irritation and reduced flow). The recommendation is to take it one hour before bedtime, it can even make you sleep better. You could also try Flomax. But if you ...

Re: Wise Anderson Clinic July 2011

Neue01 hi I am afraid I can't give you too much advice regarding points which are not accessible by a PTs (and therefore not by the Wise-Anderson Wand). The people you saw in SF (Jerome Weiss and his related PTs) and their methods are not the same as Wise's and Tim's, Wise & Tim have much more exper...

Re: Clenching during sleep

Neue hi I read some of your past threads and it seems you have been working for years trying to more or less improvise your own protocol. Suggest you give a call to Dr Wise and discuss your case, he is very open and reachable, always returns calls, I think you may appreciate his insight. At this sta...
