Re: Sudden numbness in limbs

Thanks again for the replies guys. I halted the Celebrex a few days ago and the numbness is fading. Sensation has returned to normal for the most part - just some remnants in my arms and fingers. It was really an incredible sensation. Full body numbness. Webslave - To respond to your comment about p...

You're right that anxiety is very prevalent right now. I plan to see someone about it asap.

Re: Sudden numbness in limbs

Re: Help with diagnosis?

I know what you are saying - I have definitely questioned my obsessive tracking of symptoms. I just feel many of them don't fit. Is it common to have a lot of stomach / intestinal issues? I guess I feel that if prostate massage is something that is viewed negatively here, then I would be hesitant to...

Re: Sudden numbness in limbs

Thanks for the reply Jay.

The weird thing is that it appears to be rather constant. I am lying down as I type this and now even feel it in my back and buttock as they roll off the sofa.

Re: Help with diagnosis?

Webslave, A lot of sites mention use of antibiotics to treat red scrotum syndrome, leading me to believe it might be infection of some sort. Here is one site: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18608710 What I meant about discolouration and swelling change is that they can often be a result of a phy...

Re: Help with diagnosis?

Thanks for the response and for taking the time to read my lengthly post. I have some follow-up questions based on your response - Not questioning what you have stated here - just trying to be thorough in my understanding. If not bacterial, what can account for the red scrotum condition I have descr...
