Your story is the same as mine with the same thoughts...your personality is very similar to mine...I'm almost done with my MD and there's residency lurking soon ahead..with long hours, no control over my time...

Trigger points release and pain worst after?

Hi everyone, I was just wondering if it is normal that after going to physical therapist or after I've worked myself my tps.... I have pain for like two or 3 days...It's like sore muscles ? I get immediate relief after massage...but it doesn't last... Anyone has experienced this? is this a good sign...

You're not alone. I've had pain for 1 year now...I'm getting better with stretching and relaxing... Have you seen a pelvic floor therapist? My urologist send me there and my guess is that this disease is purely neuro-muscular...tightening of pelvic floor muscle under stress and pain...real tough to ...
