Re: Prosta Q in EU

JammyD
Did the pills turn up ok, how long and how much did it cost in the end. Did you use PayPal or one of the other methods?

Finally are they working for you? Hope so...

Prosta Q in EU

HI Not seen this in any other topic but excuse me if already known. There is an official Farrlabs outlet selling Prosta Q based in Germany. http://www.prostaq-shop.com. I emailed Farr labs and Brenda Renteria confirmed this is their outlet and is the same product although the label is in German. The...

Re: Piriformis Stretches

Hi

just wondering which stretch you have found to be the best, i tend to just lie on my back and pull the bent right leg over the left one. Seem to get a stretch but probably not the greatest. Any tips much appreciated.

Re: Sciatica from tennis ball TP work

Ref my issues I emailed Tim and got this reply last night. Makes sense, just need to grin and bare it I guess. I'm going to see a physio next week and get him to help as I've always struggled treating the glut area. Sounds like you flared yourself up then avoided un-flaring; if you don't treat a fla...

Re: Sciatica from tennis ball TP work

HI Noticed when I did internal work with the wand last night that when deep in about 9 or 3 o'clock I was getting pins and needle type sensation down the associated leg. Is this because I'm on the piriformis muscle from the inside so therefore hitting the nerve similar to if working external? Wonder...

Re: Sciatica from tennis ball TP work

Cheers for the quick response. It was definitely after working the glutes, nowhere near the spine that this started so Piriformis looks more likely. I'll do some searching on that and will take it easy in the meantime. Any thoughts on why this might have caused bladder pain symptoms though. Might ju...

Re: Sciatica from tennis ball TP work

I'll give it a go. Tended to keep away from ice packs as heat helps the other CPPS symptoms but guess this one is different.

Once this bit is better (hopefully) should I try and work the TPs in the glutes again or keep well away and just try and stretch these out?

Sciatica from tennis ball TP work

Morning all Just wondering if anyone else has managed to do this to themselves or if its just me... Using the tennis ball up against the wall to work TPs in the glutes/buttocks seems to have given me what I can only describe as sciatica type pains starting in the glutes and radiating down back of th...

Re: Comments about Bracing

Hi Sherradin, hope things going well. Just wondering how you compare the Jon Kabbit Zinn tapes with the Dr Wise ones from the clinic. I have been using the Wise tapes for the last couple of months and find them useful but can get a bit similar. I know they are not meant to be 'exciting' but a change...

interesting book

HI all Saw this in this Sundays Observer (national UK Sunday broadsheet newspaper). Never seen a main stream book that covers CPPS. Not read it yet but anything that raises the profile of this and the battles we have to go through for treatment must be a good thing. http://www.guardian.co.uk/books/2...

Re: Going to June Wise/Anderson Cinic

Hi Flump Just figured out that the cost of going to see Bill for dozens of visits and the point that Bill only covers the PT side of things made the clinic seem the best thing to do. Bill did help me last year but as I'm sure you have experienced this thing has a nasty ability to strike you down aga...

Going to June Wise/Anderson Cinic

Greetings all... Well I've found myself without any work for the next few weeks (self employed telecomms contractor) so I've decided to use the time off wisely and have booked into the Wise/Anderson clinic in June. Going through a bad flare up at the moment which started after ejaculation, which has...

Re: 10 months in and counting

Well, as it was my original post that has been hijacked for this I thought I'd better add my comments. I saw Bill several times May-Sept last year and have nothing but good feedback for him. I found him to be professional, a good listener and encouraging about this condition. It seemed to me he foun...

Going to Start an elimination diet - any tips

Morning all I'm really begining to come round to the idea that diet plays a big part in my case and am going to start an elimination diet on Monday. I've read a bit about them and have a few ideas. Was going to eat very simply for first week, Porridge oats with milk for breakfast, lunch of tuna/chic...
