Re: Opioid WARNING - AGAIN

Hi Mike, thanks for these posts and they have prompted me to tapering off my Tramadol dosage over the next 6-9 months. I seem to have had a pretty positive experience overall with Tramadol compared to you. After 12-18 months of 200-300mg a day I reduced down to 50mg in the morning and have been on t...

Re: 2012 Wise-Anderson Clinic - Personal Review

Many thanks for the post - not many people take the time and it is much appreciated :-)

All the very best for 2013.

Re: Do not neglect areas outside the pelvis

Absolutely - the external treatment importance and the benefits I have felt from addressing that was the main revelation I had from when I went to the Dr Wise Clinic back in 2010. It's easy to miss areas or not treat them for a while and it's worth creating a routine that addresses all the main area...

Re: Review: Netherlands Clinic

Yes, thanks for the report.

Did she map the external tp's as well? Did she instruct you in any stretching or external physio?

I agree re the wand - great bit of kit for hitting those deep spots around and past the prostate.

Re: CPPS Warning

I used to have very bad post orgasm pain - which did tend to put me off sex/masturbation - but now I don't have any urinary or post orgasm symptoms - sex life is great.

Re: success question

Thanks, Richard! I definitely will. Gotta say I'm very nervous since it feels to me like my last option. I'm praying my future post willing read "I wish I went 15 years ago"!! Gary I think it will - the trick will be continuing the methodology/treatment when you get back home when the pressures of ...

Re: success question

I am going to the clinic later this month and I have been reading from the success stories a lot lately because it helps my mind but I am curious why most of the success stories about the wise anderson protocol are mostly from back in 2004. Just curious. Anyone else going to be there this month? Ga...

Re: Wise Anderson Clinic July 2011

From your experience, when did you start to see a reduction/disappearance of urinary symptoms? post-ejaculation symptoms? How was the recovery process? I feel better sitting (a long as I do not see too much continuously), but I am so eager to improve/get rid of the other stuff. Should this happen a...

Re: Wise Anderson Clinic July 2011

Hi George Many thanks for the write-up - certainly mirrors the experience I had back in Dec 2009 (wow - 18 months ago already!). Relaxation still tends to be my big sticking point. I'm now at a stage where I'm spending 95% of the day pain free (all my other symptoms are gone, pain post ejaculation, ...

Re: Had a 'Lively Discussion' with my GP!

Try Preperation H Gel (make sure it's the gell tube) after physio plus after each bowel movement - might help calm the itch down if it's surface irritation.

Re: Wise Anderson Protocol worth the money

Some of these failures are people with very combative personalities, laced in some cases with a hefty dose of paranoia, and one or two in particular have become very vocal on other sites on the internet, against the Wise-Anderson protocol and physical therapy in general. My take on this is that men...

Re: Opioid Warning (hydrocodone, codeine, oxycontin, etc)

Tramadol has been great for me too - no side effects and I've been on it for 5-6 years now. Used to be on as much as 250mg a day but now only take 50mg in the morning. Always tappered the dosages down slowly though (over a couple months) to avoid withdrawal issues.
