Re: Aromatase inhibitors and DIM / CHRYSIN

No, why? I know my problem is hormonal, I got better when my hormones did get a bit better (after resting for months and watching my diet) and walked around did some mild, very mild exercise but then get bad again (after having some coffees) since my sympathetic nervous system is overriding my downr...

Re: Aromatase inhibitors and DIM / CHRYSIN

You are soooo right, I am thinking of this every day and live in terror of making some wrong drug choice or wrong dosage estimation. On the other hand all those problems that especially finasteride brought about (decrease in testo levels and rise of prolactin, loss of libido, testicle/penis shrinkag...

Re: Stress, Cortisol, HPA, CRH, adrenals, immunoneurology ...

These are for HPG I think mostly, they will not "work" well if you have HPA suppression or low cortisol levels, I tried some herbal testosterone boosting supplements and I got so nervous I couldn't relax for a single minute. I am waiting to see to what extend my HPA recovers on its own (even if this...

Re: Adrenocortical Hormone Abnormalities in Men with CP/CPPS

What did you do in the mean time while being "fatigued" apart from rest?? And how long did that last, where there any ups and downs??, how depressed where you cort levels an...

Re: Aromatase inhibitors and DIM / CHRYSIN

Regarding tamoxifen use, I have been considering it after taking finasteride use, now even more after suffering twice from overtraining and damaging my HPA axis even more but since my cortisol reserve is not that high and I have some weird intracranial like headaches I am hesitant of trying it. Plus...

Re: Aromatase inhibitors and DIM / CHRYSIN

Where can I get hold of this protocol doc? Plus I wanted to ask you to give me some insight about urology-neuroendocrinology books (if you know of any currently) regarding neuroendocrinological connections between the prostate the testicles and the penis mostly and less about the rest of the body (e...

Anyone tried to tamper with their estrogen levels or making their estrogen metabolism more healthy by using DIM-indoplex or chrysin???

I am curious about results because i want to try this approach some day (along with using cortisol and testosterone)

It lasted like 5-6 months I had severe pains in groin testicles and so on and couldn't really sit down. I also developed a decrease ...
