Here is how you do it...

If I were you, I would apply heat for about 10-15 minutes, do some hip stretches for that area, and then lay on the floor and stick a tennis ball under your hips. Rotate around so you can feel when the tennis ball is on the bumps or sore points. Hold for 15-20 seconds. Do this on all spots. Then fin...

Dr. Wise is great...

I just returned from the May Clinic out in California. I did the 6-Day Sessions with Dr. Wise and had my evaluation with Dr. Anderson. Both are truly knowledgable individuals and very friendly. It is a pricy trip (I flew all the way from Kansas), but it was worth it. Now I've got to get to work to b...

Has anyone actually gone to California for the Wise Clinic?

I'm going in May, just wondered if any of you have gone? If so, what can I expect? I would love to hear what you have to say.

Thanks.

Pudendal Nerve Test...

The best place in the country to determine if the pudendal nerve is the problem is Dr. Renney in Houston, Texas. He has performed the PNMLT many times. He actually had entrapment of the nerve and went to France to have surgery perfomed. I've been to the Mayo, Dr. Renney and Dr. Weiss in San Francisc...

Anyone been gone through the Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol?

I'm thinking about flying out to CA for the 6-Day Workshop with Dr. Wise and Anderson. Can someone tell me if the workshop is all in one spot or is there traveling involved?
If anybody has gone, can you PLEASE email me at dayne1234@yahoo.com.

Thanks

Pudendal nerve not always the case...

I've been tested for these over and over and finally many well known docs said that was not the cause of my problem. I even had the painful PNMLT in Houston (the same one they do in France), and my pudendal scores were average or less. Dr. Weiss in CA also checked the nerve and he said that his beli...

I'm new and need advice on pelvic massage...

I am a 28 year old male that has had chronic levator ani, pelvic floor muscle dysfuntion since 1996 after a bout with prostatitis. My main pain is rectal tightness (golf ball in the butt feeling), spasm and burning, etc. I've been to the Mayo, Houston, and San Francisco over the past 3 years. I've h...
