Re: Pelvic Floor Specialist in Toronto

So if anyone wants to make an appointment I'd call just now!! I just had my second appointment with Carolyn, and she really is amazing. She found a couple of trigger points internally, near the front. She also confirmed my theory that I probably brought this on myself, by unconsciously repressing s...

Re: McGill University Health Centre - Montreal

"This multidisciplinary clinic will serve both a clinical and research purpose. Patients who attend this clinic will also be considered for the research study which is expected to lead to new strategies for assessment and treatment of the CPPS-related pain and sexual dysfunction."

Re: McGill University Health Centre - Montreal

Yes, me to! Not sure why this thread was moved to clinics, therapists & doctors... as it is a research project and hospital. I am going to try to get more info on the research.

McGill University Health Centre - Montreal

I searched within the forum and didn't see any reference to this, and I thought you may find it interesting: http://www.muhc.ca/media/news/item/?item_id=104779 MUHC researchers opt for affirmative action as they search for the root of sexual pain in men Although we have come a long way in understand...

Re: Pelvic Floor Specialist in Toronto

Good news for anyone living in Toronto or in the general region. Actually, there is another person in the area (with more experience), but she is in Cambridge. She is a licensed physiotherapist, and also needs a referral from your doc. I have seen her for one visit. She is extremely knowledgeable. ...

Re: Ilya Kaploun, RN. Toronto

Here we go.... :62_58_40: and what are those facts? He helped a friend who now 100% fine, and when I went to see him my pain/burning was at about 8-9. It is now mostly around the 2-3 mark, but I do have bad flare ups. When I initially saw him, my prostate was greatly swollen and congested. It is no...

Re: Ilya Kaploun, RN. Toronto

It looks like Kaploun is a male NURSE at Mt Sinai. That's an appropriate role for him, IMO. So, I assume you have spoken to him and his former patients? He has helped me for one, and I have spoken to others as well. He is very well trusted at Mount Sinai, and though he is a Nurse (I don’t see anyth...

Re: Ilya Kaploun, RN. Toronto

I am not sure how much validity there is to that... its just link to a message board. That being said, Dr. Kaploun has helped and cured many people. I know this as fact. Also, he does not work with a Feliciano that I am aware of. His partner at the clinic in Toronto is a licensed MD. Dr. Kaploun is ...

Ilya Kaploun, RN. Toronto

Anybody know of any specialist that would help with these problems in Toronto? I am in Toronto and I am being treated by Ilia Kaploun at the Toronto Prostatitis Centre: torontoprostatitis.ca I highly recommend him! As for a PT that does internal work, we are out of luck. There is one person in Camb...
