Re: My CPPS Stories and Experience’s

Same here Chriss, pelvic floor and other muscles are just slightly tense, no triggerpoints to be found, but this relentless inflammation around the prostata and bladder which accompanying symptoms of numb glans, premature ejaculation and pain during/after ejaculation, IBS. All those symptoms go away...

Re: Overdue Check In With A Good Amount of Success

Really great and thoughtful post! Thank you. I am on a 21 day water fast right now and will also transition into a strict Paleo Diet (only vegetables, eggs, fish, seafood, meat, some fruits and nuts) afterwards to fight silent inflammation in the body caused by cereals, sugar and milk products. Also...

Re: How I'm beating this.

Interesting, I read several reports by people with the different manifestations of male pelvic pain (CPPS, Hard Flaccid, Pudendal Neuralgia) who named TRE as an important part of their healing regime. Another hint, that CPPS at its core is not about a muscle cramp or triggerpoints, but a dysfunction...

Re: Starting pelvic treatment after 4 and a half years

Wow, that Karl Monahan guy seems to be really qualified. Looks like a very good place to visit for us European guys. Might visit him myself at some point. Seems like we have qualified male pelvic pain therapists in the UK, Neatherlands, Czech and Germany now: http://www.thepelvicpainclinic.co.uk/ ht...

Re: F-act Pelvic Pain Clinic the Netherlands, my experience

Yeah Lupita, Thanks for the information. I posted the link to the German PN Forum, but I think it was removed by moderators, because those forums are unwelcome here, for a good reason I think. I read a lot about this whole PN/Pudendal Entrapment thing in the past and I came to the conclusion, that u...

Re: Odd glans penis pain/ CPPS? (Alphalifestyle)

Update: Made some progress with self-therapy. Recently my Premature Ejaculation got really out of control. Any kind of stimulation and after a few seconds I felt the unstoppable urge to ejaculate. Also I recently had a really hard time peeing or having a normal bowel movement. My pelvic floor just f...

Re: F-act Pelvic Pain Clinic the Netherlands, my experience

Hey, thanks for the detailed answer. I am also aware of the Beckenbodenzentrum in Köln, which is actually where I live, so I was also considering going there. I read some reports about the Cologne clinic on the German pudendal neuralgia board so, which sounded a little weird. The guy who went there ...

Re: F-act Pelvic Pain Clinic the Netherlands, my experience

Hey dude, I am also from Germany and also a student who does not have that much spare money... :) I was also thinking about visiting the F-act Pelvic Pain Clinic. How much did you pay for the treatment and did you only go there once for several days or do you still go to the Netherlands regularly to...

Re: 4 years of fighting, changes and hope

European, you mentioned the term "Pelvic Congestion" in this thread. Actually I am curious if there is any proof that CPPS symptoms could be caused by Pelvic Congestion, defined as varicose veins in the abdominal area/pelvic area. I know that this is treated as an exclusive womens issue, but I had v...

Re: Internal trigger point release: be careful with pressing the pudendal nerve

How exactly do you do the Crystal Wand stretching for the pelvic floor, according to this therapist? Is she located in Amsterdam? Actually were would the pudendal nerve be located? I always feel burning pain when I press inside at 12 o'clock, but I think its more related to chronic urethra inflammat...

Re: Topical Voltaren Gel (diclofenac) might help a lot with pelvic pain

Thanks for the tip, I gonna try this out! Actually so, I have a lot of (inflammation type) burning pain and tension in my anus too, do you know if there is a similar anti-inflammatory cream that could be applied on or even inside the anus?

Re: My one year anniversary

Interesting! Another commonality. I also have very tight abdominal muscles and feel like I am breathing against a iron ring sometimes. Still looking for effective ways to release the abdominal muscles. I had some success with rolling around on a small Pilates ball. Even stretching my hands up in the...

Re: My one year anniversary

Hey jake8078, We share a lot of symptoms. I also always have this painful feeling along the urethra, if I palpate it on the underside of the penis or through the perineum. I actually have a "very irritated and red" urethra, urethritis according to my doctor. I did a cystoscopy and he found that my u...

Re: Odd glans penis pain/ CPPS? (Alphalifestyle)

Since I am going to the University's urology department next week, I just got my result sheet from my old urologist (who is an asshole). At least it confirmed that something is physically wrong, under Diagnosis it says: Urethra reddened massive + hyperperfused Bladder = increased bloodvessels Chroni...

Re: Odd glans penis pain/ CPPS? (Alphalifestyle)

I presume you have tried quercetin, which works for many men, including me when I had CPPS. I see no harm in trying those infusions. It's not something I have seen discussed here before. Just be sure to read up on drug side effects before you start. The Quercetin you guys promote here I cannot buy ...
