Re: Glucosamine, MSM and Quercetin

I stumbled across him. I was doing some work for him and he could see that I was in discomfort, not just in the pelvic region but also the stomach (bowels). He did some tests which were very unique and diagnosed blocked bowels and cleaned me out. Everything slowly got better from that, but it took t...

Re: Glucosamine, MSM and Quercetin

Glucosamine about 1,5 grams - quercetin about 2 grams - MSM 2.5 grams per day. The best thing I did was to change my diet and lifestyle with the supplements. I also saw a nutritionist who put me on the right track and he cleaned me out to of the junk that was inside me.

Hope this helps.

Re: Glucosamine, MSM and Quercetin

My understanding of this one supplement is that you need to take large amounts for certain conditions/pain levels you experience. Anything upto 2- 5 grams a day. There is also different qualities of MSM on the market and it is working out which is the better quality MSM's. I took a uk product from H...

Re: Glucosamine, MSM and Quercetin

Take a look at this book. Amounts vary. My regime included more than MSM and a lot of it was trial and error. What works for one person may not work for another. The Miracle of MSM: The Natural Solution for Pain by Stanley W.M.D. Jacob (Paperback - Dec 1999) Buy new: £6.97 31 Used & new from £1.92

Re: Glucosamine, MSM and Quercetin

I think the above is a great combo - different supplements work differently on sufferers. I cured myself through supplements but I had to experiment - what worked and what didn't. Chrondroitin is another good one.

Cysto was a breeze for me, with mild burning for a day after. They were very proffessional and it was worth it for peace of mind (done on NHS uk). If I had the choice in retrospect I would have it done because you can eliminate what you mind is saying what it maybe causing it. I am glad I had it don...

Lets give the guy a chance to speak before we right him off! I will always speak out as to my cure (yes, dare I say that word) for this condition. sometimes this condition will need more than runing to overcome it. so when the running ends, you get pain. maybe you need to look into a more holistic approach to treating this condition.
