Re: Attention Coffee Drinkers (?Good News?)

Can you not drink a glass of red wine, its rich in quercetin. I have no problems whatsoever from red wine, saying th...

Re: HELP!! Just need to talk

Unfortunately it happens with this condition. I have had it for a while now. :62_58_40: You find some mornings you get it, some mornings you dont. I'm currently taking Calis or however you spell it. Works wonders. Basically the muscle which controls the blood flow in the penis and which keeps the bl...

Re: Flare Question

Unfortunately I am back near square one the past week or so, I had a rather mad sex session a fortnight ago, I knew I would regret it but hey, I gotta live my life, the past two weeks I have had horrible burning pain up my ass and the frequency has come back, :62_58_40: so yeah it comes back really ...

Re: Flare Question

I wouldnt use the word cured as such, my symptoms as such over the months and past 2 years have varied so much, I have gone 4-5 months with nothing then wham, it comes back, so keep staying stress free, relaxed and stretching, its when you get complacent this thing comes back and slaps you in the fa...

Re: Introduction:Mon. Dec.15th JoVo Chicago

Good that you are feeling more postive Jo. Happy for you :) With regards the PT, I think the problem is that when we see some significant improvement after seeing our PT, we are keen to get home and leap into doing it ourselves. Unfortunately, as others have found (see thread about PT making things ...

Re: Question about best post 'how to get at latent anxiety'

Right - next time in work I get stressed or something bad happens or goes wrong I'm gonna cry like a baby for half hour, let out all the stress and emotion locked inside lol :) How funny would that be though! Makes me think of these tv programs you sometimes watch where people stand in forests in a ...

Re: Question about how often you think about CPPS

CPPS isn't an STD, though some STD's may mimic similar symptoms. I know when I came down with this I had to have all the full range of STD tests done just to rule every possibility out.

Re: Similar Experiences ?

Hi Contact Bill, he is based in Edinburgh, I am flying up from Cardiff on the 11th actually for my 5th visit. He has been specialising in treating CPPS for about 8 years now. I have certainly found him a huge, huge help both physically and mentally. He charges £100 for the initial appointment, and t...

Re: those with frequency

My PT is able to press on the spot which recreates the needing to go sensation. Its located internally and near the prostate. Its on a diagram in the HITP pelvis book. Personally I have never been able to find it when I try PT myself, but my PT can locate it, and pressing on it recreates the feeling...

Blame the parents!!

This news article suggests that feeling down can be inherited through genes from our parents, which in turn can lead to increased anxiety, aches etc. Would also perhaps tie in with research suggesting CPPS can be inherited through generations of family....: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/art...

Burning sensation

Guys, I'm getting a new symptom which is worrying me a bit given that I have been doing so well the past few months. Its in my rear, and around the entrance (or exit!) and I can only describe it as a sort of burning/shooting nerve pain now and then around this area. Its not the same as the shooting ...
