Thank you for the reply. I did buy the Headache in the Pelvis book. I even showed it to my urologist who seems un-Impressed. Maybe I need a new one. I live n western IL. BUT HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND A TRIGGER POINT THERAPY CLINIC.

Was the Stanford therapy disk the one you are recommending?

Been doing a lot of post reading in here and I have read the Stanford book. I've had the pelvic pain for almost four years and I'm 67 years old. I've tried some exercises but I guess that's not enough. My pain is mostly when setting and cushions with a split in the middle doesn't help. I've called m...

One more thing. When I happen to fall asleep in my chair the pain goes away. When I wake up I'm ok for about a minute and then the pain returns full force. I guess this proves that relaxation has a lot to do with it.
