Re: Delayed ejaculation- anyone have similar symptoms?

This reply comes rather late but might be helpful still, I hope, to some still suffering with this condition or DE. I am currently seeing a sex therapist recommended by my urologist who has worked with this condition in men and CPPS as well. I am very fortunate that I live in a city where I have acc...

Re: Potential Help for Men with low libido/ED

Hi scoobysnacks a lot of what you write makes absolute sense to me. I'm 44 and do sit a lot (sedentary) but I'm slowly trying to get active and fit by going out dancing every other week, walking now that the weather up here is finally pleasant (I'm not a gym person !) .. I do have to watch my choles...

CPPS and ED

Sorry for another ED question but recently I told my urologist about my sexual drive being low and also about a weak erection and he referred me to a sexual dysfunction specialist in the same department. He commissioned blood work to be done and also testosterone hormone at another building - the ho...

How many sessions does it take to teach the patient TP work, and is it common practice to instruct their patients to self-administer the therapy ? I'm currently reading AHIP and have been doing the stretches after hot baths, and was also wondering how much it costs. If I may be allowed to comment on...

I grind my teeth during sleep so I'm almost certain I tense my pelvic floor muscles as well. I do notice poor flow in the morning upon wakening.

CPPS and Intimacy issues

Hi group, I used to think if I work on my intimacy issues i.e. boundaries, moderation, etc I will eventually be ready to re-enter another relationship. but the truth is I have a lot of anxiety (performance) about sex being a CPPS victim. I could honestly say it's ruined my life - caused me to withdr...

I bought an inflatable tire years ago and found with prolonged use it did help alleviate the pain but I got very sore thighs and eventually stopped using it but now am considering going back to it (if I could find the darn thing). I believe I tense too much and can't wait to read those books and fin...

CP story and self-help

Hello and thanks for this board I'm already feeling better reading through the threads. I was diagnosed with CP just over ten years ago, I'm 43 now. Right now my Uro wants me to go on Flomax again cause my flow is impeded and I have soreness at the tip of the penis and sex is painful. I don't like t...
