Long term Prosta-Q use

I have been taking Prosta-Q for 3+ years (a bottle per month). After starting using it my bad testicular pain started to gradually reduce and within several months was eliminated almost completely. Now after rather "quiet" 2 years I feel the symptoms are gradually coming back. It seems my body got u...

Blood after internal work

After internal trigger point release sometimes I notice blood on my gloved finger. Is it normal? Should I continue the session as if nothing has happened?
Does that mean I apply too much pressure?
Has anybody encountered similar problem?

How to understand the mentioned pain scale? It is very subjective. Are there any explanations available?
Say, what is 10? Does it fell like cutting off finger with a knife or something milder? What is 9 then?

Vibroacoustic treatment?

http://www.vitafon.net/

What do you think about that? Could it work? Coul it harm? Has anybody tried it?
The treatment aims at increasing the bloodflow and "massaging" the muscles.
There is also a separate treatmend schedule for prostatitis provided on the website.

think a lot of people do the PT and stretching but really don't tackle the root of the matter: the predisposing anxiety or tense mental state. I think that's key, but it's also the most difficult part to do, and may require psychotherapy and/or medications as well. Webslave, What drugs would you re...

I am very excited to hear that. Did you find pain in the muscles that make up the perineum or more around the walls of the rectum? It seems that more people find pain in that area (rectum walls) when massaging internally but all those muscles seem pretty loose to me. Like I said, I stumbled upon wh...

I would like to know if any of you have found that internally pressing on the perineum muscles has fixed your problem. For more than 6 months I have been doing internal work very similar to yours. The last three months I feel 90-99 % improvement. The impact on pain is huge. However urinary symptoms...

Pain is certainly there, but it's very much a function of the amount of urine in my bladder (although I'm sometimes in pain no matter what). The same is true for me. When my bladder is full I have discomfort/pain in my penis. Kevin, could you tell the location of your pain? What does help you to fi...

Hot baths ease muscle spasm, and alcohol is a muscle relaxant (although it can exacerbate inflammation), so it makes sense that these measures help ease your symptoms. Hot baths and alcohol. What a nice treatment protocol! Alcohol always aleviates my symptoms (pain). Does that mean that I h...

I have been taking chondroitin sulfate for about three months. Some time ago on the Webslave's webpage http://www.chronicprostatitis.com we could learn that Chondroitin Sulfate is "The poor man's Elmiron®. Chemically similar to Elmiron® yet available without a prescription". Does this chemical sim...
