  1. Never heard of this guy; he is not a UCPPS researcher
  2. Pain on ejaculation is not a normal symptom for UCPPS, unlike post-ejaculatory pain, which is.

Pain or discomfort DURING or after ejaculation is listed as a symptom on here though

Re: New genetics & UCPPS review by Dr. Dimitrakov

I feel confident that this patient group will be found to have a genetic susceptibility. Lots of inheritance evidence, etc. It's a matter of time until the actual genes are uncovered. Me and my sister (ic) wait for this day ........ :agree: Since giving birth her symptoms have gone bladder pain :o

Re: Genetic link to PTSD found

I had 2 occasions where I had about a 15 mins burning sensation in my penis tip when I was about 10 which went away altogether after both times until I was 19 when it happened and never went (my initial onset or chronic onset) That pain then is the same as I have now and happened after passing urine...

Re: Adrenocortical Hormone Abnormalities in Men with CP/CPPS

For me and others who worry about our kids (passing genetics on) you just kind of know that this condition will not have the same impact on them as it does on us thanks to these studies :) If I have to live with this then so be it (I hope these studies move quick) but I would not want my little one ...

Brothers, sisters, even twins, and that's just on this forum. There are family links who knows how far back it could go? Would any of us know if our great great great uncle Bill suffered :?:

Re: Adrenocortical Hormone Abnormalities in Men with CP/CPPS

Maybe it could be the cause of the trigger points :?:

There are many who have family members with this condition. My sis has IC and Lightningtree has a twin with CPPS !

Next time you see Bill ask him about this. He has treated twins as well

If these quotes are from the same website I first visited on my original onset of this it thrives on the fear factor and infection rules their site

I actually fell for some of their claims 7 years ago which are still on there now
