Have I finally found a severe trigger point?

Hey all, been a long time since I posted. I still have symptoms but at least they're bearable. Anyhow, a few weeks ago I decided to start internal stretching/TP release again. I've visited Bill in Scotland before and have, since then, been trying this on and off. It has helped to some degree, I stil...

Treatment in Sweden

Hey everyone. I haven´t posted in a really long time. I still have issues with CPPS and since it been such a long time I was wondering if anyone has found any decent treatment in Sweden, hopefully Stockholm? I´ve visited Bill in Scotland and he was great but it´s too expensive for me to travel back ...

Long time since my last post, here's an update and questions

Hey all Been a loooong time since my last post, I'm by no means healed yet but at least it's a lot better. I still have that burning feeling in my bladder (especially left side) and this is the worst of my symptoms (painwise). I sometimes still get the cramps and that hurts like hell but it's not of...

Ok, got the test results back today and it was chlamydia. Is this something I have to worry about that can permanently increase my symptoms? ALL my symptoms got much worse after the infection. I´ve had chlamydia once before and my CPPS started shortly after, I just hope this won´t interfere with any...

Itch anyone!?

The last couple of weeks I´ve developed an itch, it covers both the urethra and perineum almost to the anus. I´ve also noticed an increased burning, since I always had a burn this doesn´t bother me as much as the itch. The only change I´ve made is to again eating completely glutenfree. I´m quite wor...

I was wondering if there are more people than just Richie and Webslave who has gotten better when off gluten or other foods?
Also has anyone tried a diet for candida and gotten better?

Questions about food intolerances, candida and heat

It's been a while since I last posted, during this time I've been looking into food intolerances and been keeping up my internal/external stretching. While the stretching helps it doesn't feel like it's the root of my problems. While looking at intolerances two strikes me the most and those are suga...

Do an elimination diet and keep a food journal when you start reintroduce foods. If you feel better during the elimination diet you probably have some sort of intolerance, it is hard work though and I´ve tried a few times but always messed it up. I think that´s the best way though. I don´t believe t...

Hey Jamo I´ve been interested in the qualities of olive oil for some time. Exactly how much do you take and what brand do you use? Before or after breakfast? I´ve read about people who drink olive oil with lemons as some sort of liver cleanse, some people actually swear by that method and say they´v...

I think most people just uses a finger and stretches it clockwise, theres an illustration of that in AHIP ed.3. I on the other hand find it more useful to use two fingers and just spread them, feels a lot more and works better for me.

Hey winding, Do you also suffer from IBS or any stomach/gut issues? The reason I ask is beacuse I'm currently trying the elimination diet since I've previously had success that way, hard to follow through though. One thing is for certain, when my stomach is upset my PE/ED is much worse so theres def...

I'm also researching this, and currently I've excluded all sugar, dairy and gluten. Now hows that for a diet! I can barely eat anything and if it would only be gluten, that would be great! Have you searched the internet for help with recipes and so on. Believe me a totally gluten free diet is not im...

Believe me I've done just about EVERYTHING possible regarding ED and PE. I've taken supplements, going to the gym, taking long walks, read countless books and nothing helped except for cialis but thats way to expensive. I went to see a PT in Scotland and it didn't do much at the time but when I got ...

No more IBS!

My IBS started a while after my CPPS and my guess is that they are connected. Maybe this is old news for you but only a few days after starting a sugar and fast carb free diet it goes away. Normal stools, no more gas and no more stomach cramps/pains. If I eat sugar or junk food its right back the ne...
