Re: Accutane a Cause?

My symptoms came like a month in the half to two months into taking it. It started with bad constipation/diareah, and than frequent urination (sometimes like literally 8-10 times an hour, if not more), than to burning in the pelvic area and so on. In the beginning I wasn't really alarmed, I figured ...

Re: Accutane a Cause?

Hey everybody.. Its been a while since I've posted, I was just browsing and started looking at my old posts. Overall, I made improvements, but am still far from "cured," or even better. I still deal with some pain and lots of uncomfort on a day to day basis. As far as this post, I figured I'd let al...

I'm curious, I went to Marilyn Freedman yesterday and mentioned I had one of those (its almost exactly the same). I asked her if thats good for external trigger points and she said no. I should've been more clear because maybe she meant that I still need to use the Theracane but the hand held wouldn...

It is actually the Pain Dr himself that does the injections, right there in his little office which scared me a little bit. It was only my 2nd visit ever seeing him, and brought my MRI with me (as he requested), and after looking at it, he was beleive it or not ready to do the injections right than ...

Torn discs?

I went to see a pm doctor in NYC last month. I brought copies of my MRI's with me, and he said I had a couple of torn discs (this is the first doctor who says he has seen anything). He said he can inject them, and it may help me. He says that they may be causing my lower back pain and pain in the te...

Question about Opiate medications

Hi. Has anybody on here been to the point where the pain got so consistantly bad that they had to turn to opiods rather than only using the valium or Ultram at bad times.

Getting very frustrated at family!

Hey everybody.. Lately I've been growing very very mad at my family, its growing way past frustration. I am 22, I started getting symptoms at 20. I go to PT once a week, do my stretches, and try my best to do relaxation (my PT taught me different ways). My mother keeps insisting to keep going to the...

Question about internal pt and fingernails

Hey everyone.. When I went for my PT on Thursday of last week, I noticed I felt like a stabbing pain when she was hitting trigger points. I usually feel a sharp kind of pain, but not a stabbing pain.. Thinking back on it, I'm thinking maybe its possible she was stabbing me with her fingernails? They...

Hi.. Right when I started getting symptoms of CPPS, I was using steroids.. I was injecting them into my but.. I was also using a one in the half inch needle to do so, which felt a little to long, and I remember when putting it in I use to sometimes feel like I was hitting a nerve, as it was very pai...

For anybody who may live anywhere near the Ocean County New Jersey area, I found a PT who was willing to learn AHIP.. Her name is Robyn, and she works for Tender Touch Physical Therapy..
