Anniversary

I wanted to check in and post an update for all of those people who have had to deal with CPPS for many years. Around this time in 2002 I first experienced symptoms. IT was not until the day after Christmas in 2004 that I decided to post on this forum. I can say that I am now 80% healed 80% of the t...

Prelief has helped me considerably. Enjoy a beer every once in a while. Take it before every meal as the instructions suggest. I noticed improvements in less than a week.

still making progress

Over the holidays last December I went on a binge and drank coffee and tea everyday, plus I ate a lot of chocolate. By the time the New Year was over I was in great pain. I cut out these foods, have practiced moment-to-moment relaxation and have been close to having a pain free day. I need to mentio...

diet change

Moorock, I have been suffering for many years, tried all the standard fixes like Antibiotics, physical therapy, relaxation and so forth. It wasn't until I started to read posts on this forum that I considered that food may irritate my symptoms. If I drink a glass of Gatorade it feels like a hot coal...

Moonrock,

I noticed a difference after only three days. The burning sensation in the bladder has decreased significantly.

What in the diet can you not eat?

piss leak

Having piss leakage is standard operating procedure for me. I try to wear thick underwear and dark pants.

I've cut back on the spicy foods I eat and have been taking Prelief. It has helped me. Have you tried Prelief?

Spicy Foods

Would someone be so kind as to post a list of foods that are considered spicy. I'm not much of a food enthusiast so I don't know what qualifies as a spicy food.

Thanks.

Dr. Milton Krisiloff and the Krisiloff Diet

Is anyone familiar with the Krisiloff Diet? I have visited many web pages referencing the diet but there is only one mention of it in this entire forum.

Status

I wanted to check-in and update my progress. I am having more good days than bad as of late. Through diet changes I have determined that tea exacerbates my problem, whether the tea is caffeinated or not. The tea seems to create a burning sensation in lower abdomen. I find it odd that coffee does not...

moment to moment

I find that this technique is very useful right after visiting the bathroom for number one and number two. After you are finished let everything relax. It has been making a difference for me.

Where to buy Wobenzym

I have been ordering Wobenzym from eBay. The company I order from always has some in stock and it is in my mailbox within a few days. Just do a search for Wobenzym on eBay and you will have many companies to choose from.

Natural pain killers

I'm allergic to NSAIDS so I've looked for natural anti-inflammatories. You may want to try Zyflamend. It is a natural pain killer which works by reducing COX-2 inflammation. After running out of my free bottle of Prosta-Q, ( I did have to pay for shipping ) I decided to look for other natural inflam...
